Verdict

HyperGrok Trading Desk is a public open-source configuration pack for Grok Bot (and related agent runtimes), not a hosted SaaS and not advice from this directory. The project at github.com/galleonlabs/hypergrok-trading-desk describes seven Bot roles plus seventeen shared skills aimed at Hyperliquid research and trading workflows. Captured from the public README and docs on the reviewed v1.4.4 tree (2026-09-22).

It is a template, not a signal service, not a broker, and not personalized investment advice. The README states: “You bring the ideas”; “Perpetual futures can liquidate an account”; and “HyperGrok is documentation and instructions, not financial advice.” This is third-party software from Galleon Labs / Andrew Wilkinson — not an xAI or Cursor first-party product.

Repo setup copy says the desk starts in research mode. The first demo uses only Hyperliquid’s public /info endpoint: no wallet, account read, or order. Add a testnet API wallet when you want play money; a mainnet one when you decide to trade real money. Vendor/repo language about sizing tickets or sending approved orders is product description for a template — not a claim from Find Trading Tools that the desk will place profitable trades. Approvals and keys remain your responsibility; this directory does not verify live order routing on any reader’s account.

We are not saying HyperGrok ranks first among Grok Bot packs, Hyperliquid toolkits, or open-source trading agents. We are not saying it will make a strategy profitable.

Best for

• Use Grok bots for trading and investing when the job is a coordinated Hyperliquid desk template inside Grok Bot: not a ranking against every AI chat product.
• Seven named roles as published on the README. Desk Lead; Market Analyst; Research Analyst; Strategist; Risk Manager; Execution Trader; Trade Reviewer. Six sit on a Trading Floor group chat; the Trade Reviewer works by DM (Grok Bot group chats hold six Bots per FAQ).
• Seventeen portable SKILL.md skills (bootstrap + Hyperliquid + desk operating model) indexed in skills/README.md on the reviewed release — shared across Bots.
• Research-first, zero-key Opening Bell. README: python3 scripts/opening_bell.py --coin ETH reports a timestamped public market snapshot (mid/mark/oracle, 24h change/volume, funding, open interest, spread/depth bands). scripts/desk_doctor.py checks release/team files and public connectivity. Both are described as read-only standard-library Python.
• Readers who want the pinned reviewed release. Public Start section pins bootstrap to v1.4.4 (SETUP.md, skill blob URLs, Grok Build grok plugin install …@v1.4.4). Changelog 1.4.4 - 2026-09-21 documents an order-rounding fix and Grok Build marketplace install fix. README notes the updated public shared template is awaiting publication — use the pinned bootstrap until that shared profile is verified.
• Multi-runtime install paths the repo publishes. Claude Code marketplace/plugin commands; Grok Build plugin install (tested with Grok Build 1.0.30 per FAQ — loading rules/ is not verified on Grok Build); Cursor (open repo and enable plugin); skills CLI add. That is a fit for people who already use (or plan to use) Grok Bot-class agents and want a documented Hyperliquid desk shape. It is not a claim that installing the pack improves returns.

Skip if

• You want HyperGrok to be the broker or a copy-trading signal feed. It is neither. Do not treat this page as a how-to for placing trades.
• You assumed this is an official xAI / Cursor product. It is third-party open source that targets those runtimes.
• You need this directory to certify live mainnet fills. Order routing success, latency, and mainnet behavior on your keys are unverified here beyond public README/FAQ claims.
• You wanted a paid hosted dashboard with a support desk and SLA. This listing is a GitHub MIT pack — not a SaaS seat.

• Not a broker; live order routing on your install is unverified by this directory.

Use HyperGrok when the job is installing a documented Hyperliquid desk shape into an agent runtime you already control.
